Data Mining Executive

Any Graduation with moderate proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management

We are looking for a Data Mining and Tele-calling executive, The primary role of this profile is to generate a targeted database for the business development function of the organization. Work on direct emails / Calles with prospects, and assist the BD lead in client coordination.

1. Scope of Work:

• • Responsible for generating a database for business development activities from the targeted region, industry, and maintaining in Excel with all required data fields
  • The candidate should be able to generate leads by calling potential clients and follow-ups regularly.
  • Should the researcher mindset continuously updating self on the latest IT business opportunities
  • Having a decent understanding of the IT Software business products or Services and being able to create data pools
  • Should have working experience in data mining from different IT tools and online directories, and professional networking websites.
  • Generate targeted client databases for all business development activities in line with the organization’s business objectives
  • Can manage targeted database tele-calling activity to generate primary interest in the company’s solutions and services.

2. Competence Requirements

• • Eligibility: Any Graduation with moderate proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management
  • Proven experience of min 2 years in lead generation and business development in the IT field.
  • Excellent (English) written & verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of fulfilling sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing techniques and strategies
  • Must have at least 1-2 years of experience in working on CRM Software and Sales Automation tools (particularly – HubSpot, Zoho CRM & Salesforce) for campaign /leads management
  • Have worked on data mining platforms for at least 1-2 years
  • Strong research, organizational, learning, and negotiation skills.
  • Basic knowledge of various search techniques on search engine like Google and Bing
  • Require excellent time management skills to meet daily tasks with quality
  • Should have a good understanding on tonality while communicating
