- 2-3 years of Experience as medical Representative in reputed pharma company
- Strong in concept selling
- Strong business sense and industry expertise
- Strong Communication skills (written & verbal)
- Confident enough to promotes products to top Doctors
Scope of Work
- Promotes company’s products effectively to doctors, Chemists and customers
- Learn and implement company’s strategy to our customer
- Identify and prepare proper doctors and chemists list through Proper RCPA(Retail chemists prescription audit)
- Learn and practice detailing of products for effective promotion to customers.
- Plan proper customers coverage to achieve operations and sales goal
- Plan top doctors while joint work with area manager for effective conversions
- Take regular follow up of customers for prescription generation and availability of products
- Give proper Feedback of products to superior for betterment of marketing strategy
- Ready to travel frequently in given geographic area
