Desired Skills:

- Sound knowledge of US GAAP & Compliances
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience of leading team of 6 -10 members.

Job Description
- Lead and supervise a team of transaction categorization specialists.
- Oversee daily operations to ensure timely and accurate categorization of transactions.
- Act as an escalation point for complex or unclear transaction cases.
- Monitor and report on team performance metrics, quality standards, and SLA adherence.
- Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities to team members.
- Collaborate with AI/ML and product teams to improve categorization workflows and AI feedback loops.
- Drive continuous process improvement and enforce documentation best practices.
- Manage resource allocation and workload balancing within the team.
Qualification
- B. Com, M.com, Inter CA, CA, CPA, ACCA
