Job Description :
Core Focus:
Specialized in recruiting US Tax professionals by sourcing, screening, interviewing, and qualifying candidates for federal, state, and international tax roles.
Responsibilities :
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
- Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for US Tax positions across multiple levels.
- Handle bulk hiring requirements and ensure timely fulfillment of open positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and headhunting.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on role requirements and technical fit.
- Conduct initial HR screenings and coordinate interview processes.
- Organize and coordinate walk-in drives, recruitment events, and hiring campaigns.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified US Tax professionals.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and stakeholders to meet recruitment targets.
- Manage offer negotiations, candidate engagement, and onboarding activities.
- Maintain recruitment databases, ATS records, and hiring reports.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource.
- 3–5 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or staffing, with a strong focus on hiring US Tax professionals.
