Job Description :

Core Focus:

Specialized in recruiting US Tax professionals by sourcing, screening, interviewing, and qualifying candidates for federal, state, and international tax roles.

Responsibilities : 
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
  • Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for US Tax positions across multiple levels.
  • Handle bulk hiring requirements and ensure timely fulfillment of open positions.
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and headhunting.
  • Screen and shortlist candidates based on role requirements and technical fit.
  • Conduct initial HR screenings and coordinate interview processes.
  • Organize and coordinate walk-in drives, recruitment events, and hiring campaigns.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified US Tax professionals.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers and stakeholders to meet recruitment targets.
  • Manage offer negotiations, candidate engagement, and onboarding activities.
  • Maintain recruitment databases, ATS records, and hiring reports.
Qualification:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource.
  • 3–5 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or staffing, with a strong focus on hiring US Tax professionals.
Language Proficiency (If Any):
  • English (Fluent; American/Neutral accent preferred )
