Job Description
- Lead and scale the AI transaction operation function, managing multiple teams including Team Leads.
- Develop and implement operational strategies, KPI, and quality frameworks aligned with business goals.
- Serve as the key liaison between operations, AI development, and product management teams.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including automation and process optimization.
- Oversee training programs to ensure team readiness and skill development.
- Manage capacity planning, workforce management, and resource forecasting.
- Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and audit requirements.
- Provide strategic insights based on operational data to influence AI model enhancements and product roadmap.
- Lead change management efforts in a fast-paced, evolving AI environment.

- B. Com, M.com, Inter CA, CA, CPA, ACCA
