Job Description
- Review AI-generated categorization of customer transactions for accuracy and completeness.
- Manually categorize transactions that AI cannot confidently classify.
- Identify and flag ambiguous or complex transactions for the further review.
- Provide detail feedback to help improve AI model accuracy and learning.
- Maintain documentation of categorization decisions and support audit processes.
- Collaborate with the team to share knowledge and ensure consistent categorization standards.
- Use data labeling and spreadsheet tools to organize and track transaction data.
- Adapt to evolving AI models and processes, ensuring quality standards are met.
Qualification
- B. Com, M.com, Inter CA, CA, CPA, ACCA

Computer Proficiency & specifications:
- Familiar with the Quick Book online accounting software
- Well versed with the different communication applications & work flow portals
