Job Description
- Operate, support, and review the day-to-day accounting operations and processes for designated clients
- Experience in Small and Midsize Accounting
- Collaborate with the supervisor and designated clients on their respective daily functions
- Taking care of accounting functions including Finalization & Tax Return for SMSF, Reviewing the work for SMSF Audit
- Prepares financial statements in accordance with all current, legal and accounting reporting standards
- Identifies accounting and compliance issues
- Completes requisite regulatory forms
- Complies with lodgment program by meeting lodgment dates and requirements.
- Understanding processes and documenting them as detailed SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) as and when required
- Perform day-to-day accounting job duties, including reviewing the assigned clients’ accounting and financial reporting
- Training and coaching of junior team members, acting as a mentor/buddy
- Preparing documents for client meetings / assisting with client meetings as required
- Management Reporting based on measurable KRAs
- Accurate Processing of month-end procedures
- Understanding and documenting the business requirements of various clients
- Working experience on accounting software BGL 360, Class Super, MYOB Super
