Hello, everyone! My name is RajDip Yadav. When I set foot into PGSL in 2020 as a Senior Accountant since then I’ve had numerous chances to be part of something exciting, to learn new things, and to demonstrate my strong commitment and contributions. The opportunity to grow personally and professionally in areas such as communication, collaboration, teamwork, professionalism, and so on is enormous. To even harmonize work and life, one can actively participate in many FUN activities organized by the company. I’ve been fortunate to be part of this wonderful environment that makes me a Leader, who I am today Assistant Team Leader and with the guidance and support of my superior, I am walking on the path of to becoming a Team Leader.
I am having almost 17 years of total worked experience, of which I worked closed to 15 years in financial research in different domain. I will be completing 2 years in May 2023 now at PGSL. I have been working at Pacific Group of Companies since last two and half years. I joined as Assistance Team Lead for Accounts and Finance in US division in July, 2021 and now work as a Team Lead handling a team of more than 20 team members. In my journey with PGOC, I have learnt lots of things in terms of work, handling team and handling clients. One big thing and specially what I like the most is that company is giving opportunities to take client calls from which you can directly interact with clients and no gaps are there between you and clients. Thanks to all team members, seniors and management for always supporting me for work and to improve my self in terms of my abilities.
I have been working with Pacific Group of Companies for around five years, and working with the company is a great experience. I joined the company as Team lead, grew to Manager Operations, and got the opportunity to lead multiple divisions.
