Desired Skills: 

  • More than 5 years’ experience in US accounting (preferably in small & mid-size businesses) 
  • Sound knowledge of US GAAP & Compliances 
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience of leading team of 6 -10 members. 
  • Excellent Written & Verbal Communication 
  • Potential to take more responsibility than the regular job.  

Job Description: 

  • Lead a team of 12-15 experts 
  • Manages a team of Experts and ensures high performance. 
  • Coaches Experts to consistently perform at the highest levels. 
  • Monitors real-time adherence and takes necessary corrective actions for the team. 
  • Handles customer escalations according to guidance from the supported Intuit Business Unit. 
  • Contributes to Intuit programs and continuous improvement initiatives. 
  • Completes ongoing/recurrent product support tasks as defined by the Service Delivery Leader. 
  • Must have prior experience with the supported product or successfully complete required product training. 
  • Performs additional duties as assigned per partner location or company guidelines.  
  • Management Reporting based on measurable KRAs 

Qualification: 

  • B. Com, BAF, M.com, Inter CA, CA, CPA, ACCA 

Language Proficiency (If Any): 

  • English – “B2” language proficiency level or higher 

Required Certifications (If Any): 

  • No mandatory 

Computer Proficiency & specifications: 

  • Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online accounting software (mandatory)  
  • Well versed with the different communication applications & workflow portals  
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting
