Desired Skills:
- More than 5 years’ experience in US accounting (preferably in small & mid-size businesses)
- Sound knowledge of US GAAP & Compliances
- Good communication written & verbal, English proficiency at B2 + level
- Ability to learn software’s & process quickly
- 3 years experience of supporting Voice Operations.
- Quickbooks experience preferred
Job Description:
- Account Maintenance and Status Updates,
- Product & Billing Inquiry, Standard Set Up,
- Troubleshooting Expected Errors,
- Solve discrepancies for standard business workflows,
- Customize & fix non-standard setup for Business Workflows,
- Provide customers with onboarding to specific products, Back Office Data Entry for Banking, Tax Filing and Business Workflow.
Qualification:
- B. Com, BAF, M.com, Inter CA
Language Proficiency (If Any):
- English proficiency at B2+ level
Required Certifications (If Any):
- No mandatory, Quick Books Certification an advantage
Computer Proficiency & specifications:
- Familiar with the Quick Book online accounting software
- Well versed with the different communication applications & work flow portals
- Proficient in excel
- Good keyboard typing skills
