- Identify and prospect potential clients in target industries and market segments for digital marketing services.
- Conduct market research and analysis to understand client needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their business goals and requirements.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and other sales tactics.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to prospects and clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and creative, to ensure seamless delivery of services and client satisfaction.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of agreements with clients to maximize profitability and mitigate risks.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing to provide valuable insights to clients.
- Track and report sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics using CRM tools and systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the digital marketing industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and email marketing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on driving revenue growth.
