Competence Requirements

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation
  • Identify and generate leads through various channels including cold calling, networking, trade shows, and online research.
  • Qualify potential franchisees based on company criteria.
  • Sales Presentations
  • Conduct presentations and meetings with prospective franchisees.
  • Effectively communicate the benefits and value propositions of the franchise opportunities.
  • Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing franchisees.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to franchisees throughout the sales process.
  • Market Research
  • Conduct market research to identify potential markets and understand industry trends.
  • Stay updated on competitors and market conditions.
  • Sales Targets
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Track and report on sales performance and pipeline.
  • Documentation and Compliance
  • Ensure all documentation and contracts are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Adhere to company policies and industry regulations.
  • Collaboration
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth onboarding of new franchisees.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the franchise industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
