Competence Requirements
- Prospecting and Lead Generation
- Identify and generate leads through various channels including cold calling, networking, trade shows, and online research.
- Qualify potential franchisees based on company criteria.
- Sales Presentations
- Conduct presentations and meetings with prospective franchisees.
- Effectively communicate the benefits and value propositions of the franchise opportunities.
- Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing franchisees.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to franchisees throughout the sales process.
- Market Research
- Conduct market research to identify potential markets and understand industry trends.
- Stay updated on competitors and market conditions.
- Sales Targets
- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Track and report on sales performance and pipeline.
- Documentation and Compliance
- Ensure all documentation and contracts are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Adhere to company policies and industry regulations.
- Collaboration
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth onboarding of new franchisees.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the franchise industry.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
