Job Description
- Provide support to users on day-to-day routine
- Providing basic training on computers to employees.
- Follow Ticketing system and resolve ticket within SLA
- Troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Installing and upgrading operating systems (Windows7/10/11,Linux) and computer softwar
- Troubleshooting networking and connection issues.
- Drivers Installation & configuration.
- Configuration & troubleshooting of popular accounting softwares.
- Configuration and Troubleshooting applications such as MS Office, Antivirus, Outlook, Office365
- Maintain Asset Inventory.
- Follow tasks and projects based on organizational requirement.
- Maintain site IT Security at appointed site.
