Eligibility: Bachelor/Master’s in science or in pharmacy
Experience: 5+ Yrs of experience as Area manager required
Competence Requirements
- Bachelor/Master’s in science or in pharmacy preferred from reputed University/Institutes
- 2-3 years of Experience as Area manager in reputed pharma companies
- Strong business sense and industry expertise
- Strong Communication skills (written & verbal), presentation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office & CRM tools
Scope of Work
- Should be a self starter & Go getter
- Ability to build and motivate Teammates for achieving given sales target
- Help medical Representative to Identify potential Institutes for business volume.
- Develop and implement strategies for achieving sales and operational goal
- Prepare and track weekly, monthly, quarterly sales report and coverage data
- Track and help teammates for proper coverage of doctors and chemists
- Take frequently Detailing practice from teammates
- Help medical Representatives to convert doctors while joint field work
- Achieve sales targets through acquisition of new clients and growing business from existing clients.
- Ready to travel frequently across assigned area.
