Experience: 5+ Yrs of experience as Area manager required
Competence Requirements
- Bachelor/Master’s in science or in pharmacy preferred from reputed University/Institutes
- 2-3 years of Experience as Area manager in reputed pharma companies
- Strong business sense and industry expertise
- Strong Communication skills (written & verbal), presentation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office & CRM tools

Ability to build and motivate Teammates for achieving given sales target
Help medical Representative to Identify potential Institutes for business volume.
Develop and implement strategies for achieving sales and operational goal
Prepare and track weekly, monthly, quarterly sales report and coverage data
Track and help teammates for proper coverage of doctors and chemists
Take frequently Detailing practice from teammates
Help medical Representatives to convert doctors while joint field work
Achieve sales targets through acquisition of new clients and growing business from existing clients.
Ready to travel frequently across assigned area.
