- Perform periodic US accounting for the small & midsize businesses.
- Understand and document the business requirements of various clients.
- Follow client’s process & protocols strictly.
- Support Team Leads to resolve staff accountant’s queries and train new resource as and when required.
- Complete accounts efficiently within given time frame.
- Manage account updates, billing inquiries, and product-related support.
- Perform standard setups and troubleshoot expected errors.
- Resolve discrepancies in standard workflows and customize non-standard setups.
- Perform back-office data entry for banking, tax filing, and business workflows.
- Support account services including billing admin, checks, supplies, payroll, and workers’ compensation.
- Handle after-hours support as required
- Provide lead pass, attach, and product recommendations (SER).
- Execute serve-to-sell programs including upgrades and cross-sells.
- Meet quotas and targets for QB ecosystem product sales.
- Onboard customers to specific products and ensure smooth adoption
Qualification:
- B. Com, BAF, M.com, Inter CA
Language Proficiency (If Any):
- English – “B2” language proficiency level or higher

Computer Proficiency & specifications:
- Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online and related QB ecosystem products (mandatory)
- Well-versed in using various communication tools and workflow portals
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting
