Desired Skills:
- Minimum 10 years of US tax experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role overseeing a tax team.
- Strong knowledge of US tax laws (individual and business tax), including IRS regulations and state taxation.
- Familiarity with tax research tools (CCH, RIA Checkpoint) is advantageous.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Job Description
- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of tax professionals, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Allocate resources, monitor team performance, and conduct regular reviews.
- Oversee the preparation and review of complex US tax returns (1040, 1120, 1065, etc.) for individuals and businesses.
- Provide US tax advisory services, including tax planning and strategy formulation.
- Ensure compliance with IRS regulations and address client-specific tax issues.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with US-based clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for high-value clients, coordinating with US offices as needed.
- Implement best practices and drive process improvements within the tax team.
- Identify automation opportunities to enhance efficiency.
- Mitigate tax risks by ensuring adherence to IRS and international tax regulations.
- Review tax filings to ensure compliance and accuracy
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Language Proficiency (If Any):
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Required Certifications (If Any):
- Enrolled Agent (EA) certification preferred;
- CPA or other tax certifications will also be considered
Computer Proficiency & specifications:
- Sound knowledge of MS Office, mainly MS Excel and Outlook
- Proficiency in tax software (e.g., Thomson Reuters, GoSystem)
