Job Description :
Core Focus:
Telecalling and lead generation for USA-based prospects to create qualified business opportunities for the Sales Team.
Resposibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential USA clients using an assigned database
- Generate qualified leads and maintain a healthy lead pipeline
- Manage all interactions, follow-ups, and updates through CRM tools
- Analyze lead data to identify trends and optimize outreach strategy
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of activities, conversions, and targets
- Prepare regular performance and lead reports for management review
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proper handover and alignment on leads
- Achieve weekly and monthly goals related to leads and conversion metrics
Strategy level tasks
- Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to refine lead generation strategy
- Gather insights from CRM data to improve campaign effectiveness
- Identify opportunities to enhance data quality and lead scoring accuracy
- Contribute to process improvements for customer outreach efficiency
Support the marketing manager to
- Increase overall qualified lead volume for the USA market
- Improve CRM utilization and reporting consistency
- Enhance sales conversion rates through stronger pre-qualified leads • Provide data-driven insights for performance tracking and strategy refinement
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or any related discipline
- 3-5 years of experience in inside sales, telecalling, or business development (international experience preferred)
