Desired Skills:
- More than 3 years’ experience in US accounting (preferably in small & mid-size businesses)
- Sound knowledge of US GAAP & Compliances
- Good communication written & verbal, English proficiency at C1 + level
- Ability to learn software’s & process quickly
- 3 years’ experience of supporting Voice Operations.
- QuickBooks experience preferred
Job Description:
Core Focus:
Specialized in US Accounting roles with strong expertise in client communication, capable of effectively resolving client queries and providing accurate, timely accounting solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Account Maintenance and Status Updates,
- Product & Billing Inquiry, Standard Set Up,
- Troubleshooting Expected Errors,
- Solve discrepancies for standard business workflows,
- Customize & fix non-standard setup for Business Workflows,
- Provide customers with onboarding to specific products, Back Office Data Entry for Banking, Tax Filing and Business Workflow.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce.
- 3–5 years of experience in US Accounting, with strong communication skills and the ability to effectively address client queries, provide accounting solutions, and build strong client relationships.
Language Proficiency (If Any):
- English (Fluent; American/Neutral accent preferred)
Preferred Certifications:
- QuickBooks
Computer Proficiency & specifications:
- QuickBooks
- Xero
